Chief (Mrs) Sarah Dagah is the Founder/President of the Sarah Dagah Foundation; a self-funded Non-profit Organization presently, …involved in providing Humanitarian Assistance and Support to Women and Youths in Rural Communities, through the provision of strategic support in activities that can help the disadvantaged group of rural dwellers aim toward creating opportunities, enhancing human capacity and, ensuring the sustainability of livelihoods.

The Sarah Dagah Foundation has Women and Youth as its target area with footprint in these thematic areas:
- Education
- Women & Youth Development Programs
- Persons with Disabilities and Vulnerable Groups
- Health and Environment:
Impact In Education: Support Fees for 37 Students of various Tertiary Institutions in Nigeria during the BYM (Berom Youth Moulders Association) week in December 2019 which was achievable (disbursed) in January 2020 totaling about N1,000,000.00 plus. (One million and more). The foundation has sponsored 4 Students between the years 2017- 2023 at the Nigerian College of Accountancy Kwall, Bassa-Jos Plateau State with Scholarships ranging from N280,000.00 – N350,000.00 each between 2018 – 2022. From the 4 sponsored students last year the foundation also provided an induction fee for 1 of the students in the sum of N220,000.00 who today is a Professional Accountant Certified National Accountant.

Impact In Women & Youth Development Programs: Between year 2020 – 2021, the Foundation provided Start-up Capital to two (2) women and a business support to one (1) existing entrepreneur in business ranging; N250,000.00; N200,000.00; N200,000.00 totaling N650,000.00 all from Jos, Plateau State of Nigeria. In the year 2021, the foundation provided the National Union of Berom students (NUBES) with Business Centre Equipment worth more than N1,500,000.00 in value (2 Computers, 1 Photocopier, 1 Printer, Ups, Laminating Machine etc). On the 20th of May, 2022, The Foundation also provided a Music Artist (Youth) with Studio Gadgets worth N600,000.00 an empowerment to lift the youth into self-development.

In the year 2022, the foundation also sponsored 11 Participants to a workshop organized by Choice Concept Network with the theme “Winning with the Market Workshop” by Viktor Kuchili which took place on the 14th May 2022. The 2nd batch of 8 participants were taken for the workshop on the 9th July, 2022 and the last batch of 10 Participants on the 10th September, 2022 numbering 29 Participants in all. Out of the 29 participants, 8 were further paid for one-on-one Coaching with the Team Lead of Choice Concept Network (Viktor Kuchili). The Foundation further supported the 13 of the participants with Registration of Business Names at the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and the sum of N200,000.00 so far has been disbursed each to 14 Participants as business Start-Up Grant and Business support for Entrepreneurial Engagements (Human Capital Development) totaling N2,800,000.00 (Two Million, Eight Hundred Thousand Naira).

Furthermore; the foundation in supporting the youth to grow to become self-developed, identified with a Photographer from Vom, Jos with the sum of N1,200,000.00 who is extremely doing exploits and needed assistance having raised the sum of N500,000.00 for him to upgrade for Nikkor D780 Camera and Nikon Lens 85mm/1.8 AF-S ED G.

Impact In Health and Environment Area: The Foundation in 2019 collaborated with Elite HQ, a very active Social Group provided Foodstuffs to the environs of Sarki Community – Angwan Rukuba Jos, Plateau State of Nigeria tagged “Feeding the Poor”.

Impact in Advocacy and Peace Building Area: The Foundation has engaged the National Union of Berom Students (NUBES) on a day training/Leadership Workshop with a theme ” Developing Students Leadership Capabilities in the 21st Century- The role of NUBES as a Panacea for Leadership Grooming ” on the 24th November, 2021 @Emerald Hotel Zaramaganda Jos, Plateau State of Nigeria. In furtherance to its thematic areas, the foundation also held a Civic Awareness Program on the 2023 General Elections organized for Youths of the Northern Senatorial Zone of Plateau State @Great-Links Hotel Jos. Plateau State.

Impact In Persons with Disabilities and Vulnerable Groups: The Foundation is a partner, providing some basic support/assistance to SIMJI GIRL CHILD EMPOWERMENT INITIATIVE ORPHANAGE (SGEIO) and KIDS WITH THE VISION ORPHANAGE all in Jos Plateau State. Yearly, the Foundation sponsors a child of SIMJI GIRL CHILD EMPOWERMENT INITIATIVE ORPHANAGE (SGEIO) with school fees.
